Data Scientist – AI/ML & GenAI

Role Summary:

Seeking a Data Scientist with (3 - 5 years mandatory experience )expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and generative AI (LLMs) to build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business and technical teams to drive data-informed decisions and optimize business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, process, and validate structured and unstructured data.
• Build and deploy ML/DL models, including LLMs and GenAI applications.
• Develop scalable and reproducible model training and deployment pipelines.
• Translate business problems into analytical solutions.
• Design data visualizations and dashboards for clear insight delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams.
• Implement agile practices for timely delivery of data products.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and adaptability.

Required Skills:

• ML/DL Frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
• GenAI: Experience with LLMs and generative AI frameworks
• NLP: Text classification, summarization, language modeling
• Tools: Git, Docker, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, business intuition, storytelling, cross-team communication

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
