Data Scientist (Fresher)

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist (Fresher) to join our on-site team in Patna. In this role, you will work on real-world datasets to uncover insights, build predictive models, and support data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques to solve business challenges and support strategic initiatives.

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from multiple sources
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze trends and patterns
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business decisions
• Communicate insights clearly through visualizations, dashboards, and reports
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and product teams to integrate data science solutions into operational workflows
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in data science and AI

• Strong foundation in Statistics, Mathematics, and Data Science concepts
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
• Experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or TensorFlow is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib)
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and data modeling techniques
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Relevant internship, academic project, or coursework in data science or machine learning
