About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GLA Data Solutions Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. This role is critical to enabling business stakeholders to derive maximum value from GLA (Global Legal Entity Identifier) data through well-governed, scalable, and strategic data solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define tactical and strategic use cases, and play a central role in data governance and change management initiatives.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GLA Data Solutions Analyst to join our team in Mumbai. This role is critical to enabling business stakeholders to derive maximum value from GLA (Global Legal Entity Identifier) data through well-governed, scalable, and strategic data solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, define tactical and strategic use cases, and play a central role in data governance and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Use Case Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to formally develop or enhance use cases for GLA data, translating business requirements into data attributes and models.
- Solution Prioritization : Define an objective methodology to assess GLA data use cases, enabling a transparent and explainable prioritization framework.
- Roadmap Ownership : Develop and maintain the tactical solutions roadmap for GLA Data Solutions, detailing timelines, resource requirements, and interdependencies.
- Data Governance : Establish governance models for existing and new GLA data use cases, ensuring continuous improvement in data quality and execution.
- Business Case Formulation : Build robust business cases to secure funding and executive support for the implementation of critical data capabilities.
Experience :
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management and Data Governance, preferably in investment banking or financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering data solutions in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of GLA data structures, data models, and governance frameworks.
- Experience working with data quality tools, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Ability to define, track, and communicate KPIs and project milestones.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable interfacing between business users and technology teams.
- Experience in regulatory reporting or compliance-related data initiatives.
- Understanding of financial products, legal entity hierarchies, and associated reporting structures.
- Certifications in Data Management (e.g., CDMP, DGSP) are a plus.
