Data Trfm & Integration Analyst
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for driving Data Scope for all process value streams and integrate them together to facilitate milestone planning and seamless end-to-end transformation of data from source legacy systems to target future S4 landscape with fit-for-purpose data quality, data integrity and data compliance. As an analyst you are expected to understand and translate process requirements of process value streams to data requirements, and liaison with data value stream leads and IT solution designers to design & develop the underlying integrated data model.

ROLE AND RESPONSBILITIES:
- Responsible for entire scope of data within respective specific process value stream (S2P/ R2D / A2R / C2C / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Quality)
- Translates process requirements > data requirements and ensures that right set of data gets identified, gathered and translated with right data quality and data integrity
- Drives end-to-end cycle of transformation starting from data cleansing > data mapping >data streamlining and standardization (integrity checks, defect resolutions and signoffs)
- Collaborate and drive effective & assertive level of engagement with business to establish rules and secure data quality throughout transformation program
- Collaborate within data value stream team with peers to establish one standard approach, one set of principles and one set of tools across functions
- Supports & collaborate with project team to define quality & integrity indicators for project tollgates
- Coordinate with IT to ensure right data integrity & data standards across interfaces
- Supports business in establishing future maintenance organizations for handovers
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transformation overall
- Functional Leadership Teams Global/Regional & OM’s
- Global SDM’s and GPO’s
- CoE’s across verticals
- IT team (Solution Designers &Technical team)
- External consultants and Vendors – SAP
- Bachelor/Master degree with 8+ years of Exp
- E2E domain exp and Knowledge in one at least (S2P/ R2D / A2R / C2C / Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Quality)
- Proven experience with end-to-end data transformation cycles with multi-national teams as part of massive ERP transformations (S4 Hanna an added plus)
- Proven experience in dealing & negotiating with multiple stakeholders, ability to challenge “status quo”
- Excellent analytical, Problem Solving, Managing ambiguity/complexity and Influencing skills
- Strong and comfortable working in matrix environment and drive collaboration & results with people
- Excellent communication, articulation and conciseness
