As a Senior Visualization Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping and executing IDP’s data visualization strategy. You will design and build scalable, user-centric, and insightful analytics solutions, collaborating closely with data and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. This role will be responsible for analyzing all types of data to identify areas of opportunity and deliver actionable insights. They will have a strong background in web analytics implementation and data analysis and be able to bring data to life through storytelling and data visualization.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in data visualization and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Tableau or equivalent.
• Strong SQL skills; Python proficiency is a plus.
• Understanding of data warehousing and analytics concepts.
• Familiarity with data modelling techniques and dimensional modelling.
• Basic understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, cloud data platforms).
• Certification in Power BI/Tableau is desirable.
• Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and conveying ideas clearly.
