Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3–4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and communication skills and have basic experience or familiarity with gaming workflows, platforms, or systems. This role will focus on bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution, helping deliver user-centric solutions within the gaming ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle

Understand and communicate gaming-specific workflows, data flows, and system behaviors

Create use case documents, process flows, and mock-ups when required

Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product demos

Support QA teams in defining test scenarios and validating outcomes

Monitor and track project progress, identifying risks and reporting issues proactively

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure deliverables meet requirements

Required Skills:

3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software or technology projects

Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and documentation

Familiarity with gaming systems, terminology, or operations (e.g., player management, loyalty programs, casino workflows, table games, slot machines, etc.)

Ability to convert high-level requirements into actionable features

Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and basic diagramming tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous exposure to gaming or hospitality industry projects

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Knowledge of SQL or ability to read database tables for data validation

Familiarity with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
