Role Summary
We are looking for a data-first and cloud-first Delivery Manager who has grown from a strong technical background and can now lead delivery execution. This is not a pure project management or supervisor role. The candidate must be able to guide engineering teams, manage clients and stakeholders, handle delivery risks, and convert leadership vision into execution.
Key Responsibilities

Own delivery of data and cloud programs across migration, modernization, analytics, and platform build.

Guide technical leads, architects, and engineers on delivery approach, risks, trade-offs, and implementation strategy.

Manage client communication, stakeholder expectations, escalations, timelines, and delivery risks.

Support cloud data projects on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Drive execution for data platforms, data lakes, data warehouses, analytics products, and cloud migration programs.

Help scale teams and build delivery discipline.
Required Experience

8–12 years of overall experience.

Minimum 5–6 years in data engineering, data platforms, analytics, cloud data, or data modernization.

Strong delivery experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Experience in large-scale data/cloud programs such as migration, modernization, re-platforming, data lake, data warehouse, or analytics product development.

Client-facing delivery and stakeholder management experience.
Must-Have Skills

Data engineering / cloud data delivery background

Technical depth to guide teams, though hands-on coding is not required

Ability to explain architecture, migration approach, platform choices, and implementation challenges
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has moved from Data Engineering Lead / Data Platform Lead / Cloud Data Lead / Technical Delivery Lead into delivery ownership.
