Deputy Manager - IT Infrastructure

Overview

Your mission, roles and requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Person with a strong background in server and network infrastructure, VMware technologies, 
Windows servers, cloud solutions, automation, and scripting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience and possess a degree in IT Infrastructure or Systems.

More specifically, you will responsible for:

• Design, implement, and manage server and network infrastructure.
• Administer and maintain VMware technologies including vSphere and vCenter.
• Manage and support Windows servers (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025).
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Automate processes and create scripts using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
• Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems, including IT security Audits (JSOX).
• Manage and maintain M365 Active Directory.

What require:

• Master's or Engineer degree in IT Infrastructure or Systems, or equivalent qualification.

Skills:

• Strong technical skills and special know-how in server and network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter).
• Proficiency in managing Windows servers (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025).
• Experience with cloud solutions, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Expertise in automation and scripting (PowerShell, Azure CLI).
• Good knowledge of M365 Active Directory.
• Experience with IT security and audit (JSOX).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
