Senior IT Manager cum Full stack Developer DEPARTMENT IT EXPERIENCE Minimum 5-7 years in IT Development /Management role LOCATION Mumbai, India REPORTING TO Director OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE Responsible for leading the development of secure and scalable software solutions, drive web development and digital marketing initiatives and ensuring the overall cybersecurity posture of an organization. To be a technical leader, a mentor, and a strategic thinker. JOB DESCRIPTION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Software Development Leadership: - Lead the development of software solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines. - Design and develop Enterprise Applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies, and incorporate them into our development processes. - Ensure software security and data protection measures are implemented effectively. - Solid understanding of SQL databases and data modeling principles. - Familiarity with cloud concepts and microservices architecture, preferably Azure. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 2. Team Leadership and Development: - Participate in management meetings to align IT strategies with business goals. - Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure compliance with data security regulations. - Supervise and train IT executives and development teams. - Conduct regular security drills and provide training sessions. - Identify technological improvements for better security and productivity. 3. Web Development and Digital Marketing is a plus: - Lead the revamping and rebuilding of our website to enhance professionalism. - Oversee the creation of HTML templates and mailers for marketing campaigns. - Drive inbound lead generation through SEO, SMM, and SFDC marketing. Qualifications and Skills: -Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field. - Proven experience in Software Development and cybersecurity. - Strong knowledge of endpoint security, network infrastructure, and web development. -Experience with Salesforce configuration and administration is a plus. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Relevant certifications in PMP etc are desirable. Location and Travel: This position will be based in both Bangalore and Mumbai offices, with occasional travel required between locations.
