Role Overview:

We’re now looking for a passionate DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer who can automate, scale, and secure our growing platform. If you’re someone who loves cloud, CI/CD, and making life easier for developers (and harder for attackers), read on.

Ensuring the security, reliability, and high availability of all our production and CI/CD environments and applications. In this key role, you will drive the design, management, and implementation of automated tools and technologies to enable efficient delivery and service management of the production services and release deliveries. You will manage the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.

Responsibilities:

● Own and improve Jenkins pipelines. Automate build, test, and deploy cycles for faster, safer releases.

● Provision and maintain AWS EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC resources. Optimize for cost, scale, and performance.

● Configure and monitor Cloudflare (WAF, CDN, SSL), and enforce best practices for encryption and token handling.

● Set up dashboards and alerts using CloudWatch, ELK, or similar. Ensure high uptime and proactive incident response.

● Manage Nginx reverse proxies, routing rules, and SSL configurations for secure and efficient traffic handling.

● Automate environment setups and deployments using scripting or infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform).

● Collaborate with backend, frontend, and QA teams to streamline releases and maintain staging/production parity.

● Troubleshoot system failures, latency issues, and deployment problems efficiently and proactively.

Required skills:

● Cloud Platforms: Expertise in AWS as primary cloud providers. AWS products for scalable hosting and storage. AWS Lambda, VPC, Configure Security Groups, Roles & IAM Policy etc.

● Containerization - Dockers and Kubernetes

● Database(SQL and NoSQL)- Redis, Redshift ,Postgres on AWS RDS / AWS Aurora, Elastic Cache

● Web Server: Nginx/ Apache

● Experience with application monitoring tools like using tools like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry ,Grafana, Datadog, Sentry, and Cloudwatch.

● Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) // Experience with Infra Automation and Orchestration tools.

● CI/CD using Jenkins or Github actions

● Cloudflare for security (Rate limiting ,WAF, DDoS protection, caching/CDN)

● BCP and DR knowledge and implementation

● Knowledge about setting up ISO 27001 compliant infrastructure. Solid understanding of network security, encryption protocols, and SSL/TLS
