They are looking for a DevOps Engineer who can own our CI/CD workflows, support developer productivity, strengthen production reliability, and manage modern cloud operations. You will work directly with the founding engineering team to build scalable, automated, and secure infrastructure for rapid product iteration.

Key Responsibilities

1. CI/CD & Automation
2. Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast and reliable deployments.
3. Automate build, test, and release workflows across environments.

4. Improve release cadence and reduce deployment friction.

5. Developer Experience & Tooling

6. Maintain dev environments, local tooling, and internal engineering workflows.

7. Build tools/scripts to improve developer productivity.

8. Standardize environments for consistency and speed.

9. Cloud Infrastructure & Ops

10. Manage cloud resources (AWS/GCP/Azure) including compute, networking, and storage.

11. Automate infra provisioning & configuration using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

12. Ensure cost-efficient and scalable cloud setup.

13. Production Reliability & Monitoring

14. Set up monitoring, alerting, and dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc.).

15. Implement incident response, root-cause analysis, and system health practices.

16. Improve uptime, latency, and performance across services.

17. Security, Compliance & Best Practices

18. Implement DevSecOps practices into pipelines and infrastructure.

19. Manage secrets, access, and environment security.

20. Enforce best practices across builds and deployments.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on DevOps / SRE / Infra engineering experience.
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with Containers &; Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes a plus).
• Comfort with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform preferred).
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar).
• Experience with monitoring & logging tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with high ownership.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting ML/AI or data-heavy engineering teams.
• Exposure to serverless, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
• Knowledge of cost optimization strategies.
