DevOps Engineer - 3-4 yrs

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring smooth deployment processes across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline software delivery.
• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Implement and maintain containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and participate in root cause analysis.
• Maintain security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.
• Proficient in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or Shell).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
• Good understanding of networking, system administration, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in AWS/Azure or Kubernetes.
• Experience with agile development practices and version control systems (Git).
• Exposure to microservices architecture and service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) is a plus.
