DevOps Engineer - AWS

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation for automated provisioning and configuration.
• Monitor system performance and reliability; proactively identify and resolve issues to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Apply security best practices, including IAM management, security groups, encryption, and compliance adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, and DevOps to support and enhance CI/CD processes.
• Develop and maintain robust solutions for high availability, data backup, and disaster recovery.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and organizational compliance requirements for security and governance.

Required Skills:

• 
  Proficient in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and CloudWatch.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools: Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong scripting capabilities in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools including CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Solid understanding of cloud security principles and network architecture.
• Working knowledge of Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus.
• Strong background in Linux-based system administration.
