DevOps Engineer

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Position Type: Fulltime Permanent role

Salary: 10 -12 LPA + Benefits

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Experience: 5+ years in DevOps/Systems Engineering, with 2+ years in

Kubernetes on-premises and 3+ years in SQL database management.

● Technical Expertise:

○ Proficiency in Kubernetes cluster management (etcd, control plane, worker

nodes).

○ Strong Linux/Windows administration and scripting (Bash, Python).

○ Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools.

○ Knowledge of on-premises storage (SAN/NAS) and networking (VLANs,

firewalls).

○ Advanced SQL skills, including query optimization, schema design, and

stored procedures.

○ Experience with database migration tools and techniques.

● Tools: Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, Prometheus, Grafana, Docker.

● Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

● Certifications: CKAD, CKS, or CNCF certifications.

● Experience with service meshes (Istio) or chaos engineering tools.

● Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures (AWS/Azure integration).

● Knowledge of database replication and sharding techniques.
