DevOps Engineer -M365 Experience

Overview

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 ecosystem to join our dynamic infrastructure and operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating deployments, managing CI/CD pipelines, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and supporting M365 services like Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud-native applications.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using tools like Terraform, ARM templates, or PowerShell.
• Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Azure AD).
• Monitor and improve system reliability, availability, and performance.
• Implement security best practices for cloud and M365 environments.
• Support and troubleshoot DevOps toolchain components (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers, system admins, and security teams to streamline release cycles.
• Maintain documentation for architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, SharePoint, etc.).
• Good understanding of Azure cloud services, Azure AD, and conditional access policies.
• Proficiency with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of networking, DNS, firewalls, and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Security Engineer / M365 Fundamentals or equivalent.
• Exposure to Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and configuration management tools.
• Experience in managing hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹538,231.95 - ₹1,011,540.33 per year
