DevOps Engineer

Overview

• Cloud Infrastructure Management:
• Maintain and optimize the cloud infrastructure for businesses.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of cloud services AWS, Google Cloud
• Business Suite Setup:
• Recommend and configure the best business suites tailored to client needs ex. Zoho, Google Suite, Odoo
• Assist clients in optimizing their operations through effective use of technology.
• Remote Network Support:
• Set up and manage client networks remotely.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for network issues.
• Security Protocols:
• Develop, implement, and maintain security protocols to protect client data.
• Regularly review and update security measures to address new threats.
• Tool Management and Maintenance:
• Learn and master various IT tools used by clients.
• Ensure all tools are maintained and updated regularly.
• Documentation and Diagram Design:
• Create detailed diagrams and documentation for IT processes and systems.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of all IT activities and changes.
• Programming Skills:
• Utilize programming skills to connect and integrate multiple tools and systems.
• Develop custom scripts and solutions to streamline IT operations.
• Remote Diagnosis and Support:
• Collaborate with onsite team members to diagnose and resolve IT issues remotely.
• Provide expert guidance and support to onsite personnel.
• Communication Skills:
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal.
• Effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptability and Learning:
• Quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Adapt to changing client needs and implement new solutions as required.
• POCs and Inventory Management:
• Create and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) for new technologies and solutions.
• Maintain an inventory of devices and perform routine maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
