Job Title: DevOPS Engineer

Experience: 3-4 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) for performance, reliability, and cost.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitor logs and metrics to ensure system health using tools like CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Define and implement security best practices including IAM, encryption, and secure networking.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and recommend optimizations to reduce cloud expenditure.
• Contribute to and maintain Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and disaster recovery strategies.
• Support Kafka setup, scaling, monitoring, and debugging.
• Collaborate with MERN stack development teams to streamline deployment and ensure consistency across environments.
• Manage version control and code integrations using Git and Git workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud architecture.
• Proficient in CI/CD concepts and pipeline creation.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with Kafka administration and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of MERN stack deployment processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Git, branching strategies, and collaborative development.
• Knowledge of cost monitoring tools and cloud cost optimization.
• Solid understanding of security practices in DevOps and cloud.
• Exposure to log management, BCP, and disaster recovery planning. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
