DevOps Engineer

Overview

oCode Technologies is looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our growing tech team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, automating, and managing infrastructure that supports our applications and services.

You will work closely with developers, system admins, and product teams to drive automation, scalability, and reliability across our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using industry best practices.
• Participate in infrastructure deployment from scratch — both cloud and bare metal servers.
• Manage AWS Cloud infrastructure, provisioning, networking, monitoring, and security.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or similar tools.
• Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux servers and bare metal environments.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, etc.).
• Collaborate with the security team to implement best practices for cloud security.
• Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in Infrastructure Deployment — cloud and/or on-premise.
• Strong experience with AWS Cloud Platform (Azure/GCP is a plus).
• Good understanding of Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience managing Linux Servers and Bare Metal Servers.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI).
• Strong scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, Shell).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
