DevOps Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and automating infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the deployment process.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Proficiency in using GitHub, Visual Studio, Microsoft Azure, .NET Ecosystem for version control and collaboration, including managing repositories, branches, and pull requests.
• Experience in automating workflows using GitHub Actions, including creating, testing, deploying, and monitoring code.
• Ability to author and maintain GitHub Actions workflows using YAML files.
• Knowledge of optimizing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to streamline development tasks and automate deployments.
• Familiarity with GitHub Actions for publishing to GitHub Packages and integrating with other services.
• Ensure security best practices are followed in all aspects of the infrastructure.
• Perform regular system audits and prepare reports on system performance and security.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance.

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; M.S. preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages C#, Python, JAVA, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Document technical concepts using Markdown & Mermaid.js
• Create Server Applications for DevOps using .NET based OneImlx.Terminal framework.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Splunk.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and system administration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
