DevOps Engineer

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
• Package and deploy Java applications using Maven, Gradle, or other build tools.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker for application packaging and deployment.
• Configure and manage web servers including Apache and Nginx for hosting JavaScript and web applications.
• Automate deployment processes for JavaScript-based frontend applications (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
• Monitor and improve build performance and release processes.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless application releases.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure high availability.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with Docker or similar platform in development and production environments.
• Proficient in setting up and managing Jenkins pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Apache and Nginx for reverse proxying, load balancing, and hosting static content.
• Proficient in Java packaging (e.g., JAR/WAR builds, Maven/Gradle).
• Experience with JavaScript deployments, including bundling and serving client-side applications.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems and basic shell scripting
• Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
