The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling seamless deployments, ensuring environment stability, and driving continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and setup of scalable infrastructure to support software development and deployment.
- Develop and manage automated deployment pipelines for applications using CI/CD tools.
- Monitor production environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently and proactively.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of new features and updates.
- Work with cross-functional teams (Security, Network, Storage) to ensure infrastructure security and reliability.
- Continuously enhance infrastructure architecture to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Provide mentorship to junior team members and promote best practices in DevOps.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance system performance.
- Contribute to team growth by participating in hiring processes.
- Provide regular infrastructure performance updates and project progress reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
- Expertise in Linux/Unix systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Azure; exposure to AWS and GCP is a plus.
- Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, Salt).
- Proficiency in monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Splunk).
- Strong CI/CD experience, particularly using Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, JavaScript, or Node.js.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
