Job Overview: DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our innovative team. If you excel at building, deploying, and managing scalable infrastructure on AWS, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring high availability and performance of our systems, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure AWS infrastructure to support our compliance management platform.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient code deployment, testing, and production releases using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation to streamline infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and scalable microservices deployment.
• Monitor and improve system performance, availability, and reliability using monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Datadog, or ELK Stack.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, including identity management, network security, and data protection.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to optimize build processes, streamline deployments, and enhance system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related production issues with a focus on uptime, resilience, and scalability.
• Maintain high standards of security compliance and follow industry best practices for cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Research and integrate new DevOps tools and practices to continuously enhance the platform’s robustness.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of DevOps experience, preferably working with AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFront, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) for orchestration and microservices management.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with security best practices, including SSO, Auth0, network security, and encryption.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack).
• Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex infrastructure issues quickly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile team environment.

• Experience with serverless architecture (e.g., AWS Lambda, API Gateway).
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms and working in a manufacturing domain.
• Exposure to cloud security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
