Responsibilities
Administrator for kubernetes
Enhancing the pod deployments in kubernetes cluster.
Maintaining and enhancing the groovy scripts for projects.
Creating and implement CI CD & CT pipelines.
Maintaining and creating customized Docker images.
Maintain code quality analysis (Sonarqube).
Build using maven and npm.
Deploy services to kubernetes cluster using helm charts.
Ingress load balancer and traefik deployments.
Setting up Kafka cluster and maintaining it.
Deploying pgadmin and postgres db in kubernetes cluster.
Support for any adhoc issues related to deployment of services/tools/native cloud images etc.
Knowledge of setup and configure monitoring tool. (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus etc).
Experience Required
Professional Skills:
Should have experienced in Jenkins, Docker and kubernetes.
Cloud exposure to AWS / AZURE
Should have knowledge on helm charts
should have knowledge Cloud Design Patterns (e.g. Hybrid Cloud) and architectures (e.g. IaaS, PaaS, DBaaS)
Operating systems knowledge with Shell Scripting
Experience in deploying micro services via build pipelines.
Experience in Setup & maintain Kafka.
Experience in API Gateways
Experience in Blue - Green deployment.
Experience in Apache, tomcat and clustering.
Experience in Cloud platform architecture and configuration
Knowledge of IT Security controls, technologies and patterns
Knowledge of ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana).
Knowledge of IT Security controls, technologies and patterns
Aware of Agile Scrum and Kanban Practices
Aware of ticketing systems such as Service Now etc is a plus but not mandatory
