Overview
Summary -
- Automating EKS cluster creation and version updates, to maintain deployments at the latest stable version – generally N-1
- Build and maintenance of Jenkins based CI/CD pipelines.
- Managing and migrating repositories within GitHub.
- Ongoing AWS deployment configuration management, to align with Acxiom compliance guidelines.
- Management and automation of Java, Tomcat, NodeJS runtime version upgrades and deployments.
- Containerization and deployment with Docker and Podman.
- Build and improve the tooling that automates and orchestrates Acxiom’s multi-tenant, multi-datacenter, and multi-cloud infrastructure, platforms, and services.
- Deliver public cloud-based service offerings.
- Build services to enable small teams to operate large infrastructures with diverse security, compliance, and customer requirements.
- Role’s platform services will support Acxiom developed services integration, automation, testing, deployments, and operations.
- Develop and maintain automation for server and application build, test, and deploy processes
- Configure and deploy monitoring tools and scripts for systems and applications
- Communicate effectively with the Operations team and stakeholders in other departments
- Conduct performance analysis and optimize resource utilization
- Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard cloud infrastructure
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution
- Manage production infrastructure with Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.
- Produce quality IAC code that is efficient, secure, supportable, and consistent
- Closely partner with information security to ensure security compliance
- Evaluate requirements and define an overall project
- Ensure that all delivered capabilities align with business objectives
- Operate the platforms and services you deliver
