Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience specifically in product and/or startup environments
- Proven experience building and scaling infrastructure from ground up
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced development cycles
- Must-Have Technical Skills
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with GCP and/or AWS
- Kubernetes: Expertise in managing 10+ microservices clusters in production
- Helm: Proficient in Kubernetes package management and deployments
- Terraform: Strong experience in infrastructure as code and automation
- Networking: Solid understanding of network concepts, protocols, and implementation
- Linux: Strong hands-on experience with Linux systems administration
- OS Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of CPU scheduling and memory management
- Programming: Intermediate level skills in Python OR Go-lang with production experience
- Shell Scripting: Advanced scripting capabilities for automation
- Data Structures: Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
- CI/CD Pipelines: Experience designing and implementing continuous integration/deployment
- Docker: Proficient in containerization and writing Dockerfiles
- Database Administration: Experience with database management and operations
- Production Experience: Proven track record managing live production systems
- SaaS Applications: Experience handling distributed SaaS environments
- Prometheus & Grafana: Hands-on experience with setup, configuration, and usage
- Experience monitoring microservices and distributed systems
- CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines
- Service Mesh: Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd, etc.)
- MongoDB: Knowledge and operational experience
- Ansible: Configuration management experience
- Self-starter who thrives in startup environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with rapid scaling and resource optimization
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
- Passion for automation and infrastructure excellence
