It focuses on embedding best practices in automation, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), and operational excellence. Strategic Exposure: You’ll be involved in high-impact initiatives, programs and BAU operations, giving you visibility across Arup’s digital landscape.
Technical Breadth & Depth: The role spans CI/CD pipeline design, test automation, release management, and security tooling (e.g. GitHub Advanced Security), offering a rich technical playground.
Global Collaboration: You’ll work with diverse, globally distributed teams, gaining exposure to different regions, time zones, and cultural perspectives.

Is this role right for you?
- Strong working knowledge of AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Azure
- Have a good understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and experience in Building continuous integration & delivery pipelines- CI/CD
- Excellent understanding of DevOps and its role in delivering value and previous experience in an advisory role related to DevOps
- Strong communication skills and the ability to address different points of view
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships in a global firm across multiple teams
