PeepalCo is a canopy for brands serving India with tailored wealth-tech products, Making Money Equal for All. Founded by Ashish Singhal, Govind Soni, and Vimal Sagar Tiwari, PeepalCo’s products include CoinSwitch. The Group is backed by blue-chip investors including Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Tiger Global, Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India), Ribbit Capital, Paradigm, and Coinbase Ventures.

PeepalCo is the brand name for our Group entity and will house all our wealth-tech brands. The largest of our brands, CoinSwitch, will be housed under PeepalCo, so will our forays into Indian Equities and Mutual Funds.

What You Will Do

• Take full ownership of our existing AWS-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability platform.
• Re-architect and evolve our infrastructure to meet the challenges of a growing and scaling platform.
• Build internal tools, integrations, and services that empower the engineering team and drive automation across the board.
• Design and implement new Kubernetes clusters as our infrastructure expands.
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize cloud usage and reduce infrastructure costs without compromising performance or security.
  
  

What You Should Have

• 2+ years of experience handling production deployments and monitoring high-performance applications
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, Jenkins, GitHub, Prometheus, ArgoCD, or similar tools.
• A security-first mindset with experience implementing best practices across cloud, network, and application layers.
• Passion for efficiency and cost optimisation in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience in debugging production issues
• Familiarity with coding in Python and shell scripting
