DevOps / Platform Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineer who can take ownership of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation across AWS and Azure.

This role will work closely with engineering teams (.NET, C#, Rust, SQL Server, Redis, ClickHouse) to standardize deployments, improve reliability, and reduce manual operational effort.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS EKS / Kubernetes clusters
• Deploy and manage services hosted on Azure App Services and Azure Functions
• Containerize applications using Docker
• Create, maintain, and version Helm charts
• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Automate configuration management using Ansible
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
• Standardize deployment workflows across multi-tenant environments
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
• Ensure production-grade reliability, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot networking, performance, and deployment issues
• Reduce manual deployment work by building reusable automation

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Docker
• Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
• Helm charts
• Terraform (modules, remote state, environment separation)
• Bash scripting
• Linux administration
• Networking (VPCs, Load Balancers, Ingress, DNS, SSL)
• Experience working with AWS (EKS, EC2, IAM, VPC)
• Experience working with Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Monitoring & Observability tools:
• Prometheus
• Grafana
• ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
• Good understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience supporting production systems with high uptime requirements
  

• Experience in capital markets / fintech domain
• Experience with Redis, ClickHouse, SQL Server in containerized environments
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architecture
• Kubernetes security best practices
• Cost optimization experience in AWS/Azure
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience
• Certifications such as CKA, Terraform Associate, AWS/Azure certifications are a plus
  
  

• Moving deployments from partially manual to fully automated
• Standardizing infrastructure across AWS & Azure
• Improving system observability and reliability
• Building a scalable DevOps foundation as the company grows
