We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Lead to join our Indore team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the technical direction of projects, oversee software development, and manage cross-functional technical teams. Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Technical Lead to join our Indore team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the technical direction of projects, oversee software development, and manage cross-functional technical teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals, fostering innovation, and driving best practices in software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Promote best practices in software engineering, including Agile methodologies and DevOps.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the technical team and processes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or similar.
- Expertise in front-end frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps tools is desirable.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
