KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Agile Practices & Framework Adherence
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business Analyst to groom and prioritize the backlog.
• Delivery & Risk Management
• Guide teams in delivering secure projects successfully.
• Monitor and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and release outcomes.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks to safeguard timelines and quality.
• Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Continuous Improvement & Coaching
• Drive improvement through retrospectives and structured feedback loops.
• Mentor team members on Agile practices, fostering ownership and discipline.
• Contribute to developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.
• Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross functional skillset, domain knowledge and effective communication

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Tools: Knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Agile Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts, with working knowledge of other Agile frameworks such as Kanban.
• Team Leadership: Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams with diplomacy and clarity.
• Delivery Discipline: Proactive in tracking metrics and driving accountability.
• Coaching & Communication: Excellent communication and mentoring abilities to nurture team maturity.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
