Senior Full Stack .NET Developer (AWS | React | Containers)

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack .NET Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in modern web application development. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable applications using .NET Core, React, and AWS cloud services. The role also includes mentoring junior developers, participating in architectural discussions, and driving best practices in DevOps, containerization, and microservice-based architectures. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Financial Services Industry (FSI).

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and develop robust full-stack solutions with .NET Core/.NET 6+ and React.js.
• Lead the deployment and scaling of applications on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.
• Implement and maintain containerized solutions using Docker, orchestrated with ECS or Kubernetes.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Ensure application reliability, observability, and security using CloudWatch, X-Ray, etc.
• Build and manage microservice-based architectures, ensuring modularity and scalability.
• Work extensively with SQL Server, including query optimization, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor mid/junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• 3+ years of experience in React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Solid experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, with practical experience in ECS or EKS.
• Proven experience working with microservices.
• Advanced SQL knowledge: stored procedures, joins, views, query optimization.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Experience in the FSI domain is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
