Dot Net Developer

Overview

We are looking for a .NET Developer with 3.5+ years of experience to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with senior developers to build and maintain web applications, enhance existing features, and contribute to the overall development of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in .NET development while working on a variety of interesting and challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Application Development: Develop, test, and deploy web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC, and Web API technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and other team members to implement features, improvements, and bug fixes.
• API Integration: Assist in the design, development, and integration of RESTful APIs into existing applications.
• Database Development: Help design and maintain databases using SQL Server and write basic SQL queries.
• Code Maintenance: Ensure the quality of code by following coding standards and best practices; refactor code to improve performance and scalability.
• Debugging & Troubleshooting: Assist in debugging and resolving issues, ensuring applications perform optimally.
• Documentation: Document technical specifications, processes, and any code changes made during the development process.
• Client Communication: Occasionally interact with clients to clarify requirements and receive feedback on development progress.

Required Skills:

• .NET Technologies: Solid understanding of C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and Web API.
• Frontend Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Database Knowledge: Basic experience with SQL Server or other relational databases; ability to write simple queries.
• Version Control: Experience using Git for version control.
• Debugging: Strong problem-solving skills for debugging and troubleshooting issues in the codebase.
• Agile Environment: Familiarity with working in an Agile development environment (Scrum or Kanban).
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, following instructions from senior developers.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with unit testing frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
