Dot Net Developer

Overview

We are hiring for 4+ years of experience in .NET Developer and Lead .NET Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of .Net developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.

* Lead the development and delivery of complex .NET-based applications

* Design scalable, secure, and high-performance software architecture using .NET technologies (.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC)

* Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members.

* Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

* Establish development processes and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

* Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and technical decision-making

* Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps

* Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance, and best practices

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments

* Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployment workflows

* Stay current with industry trends and propose innovations to improve systems and development practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

* 4+ years to 10 years of experience in software development with .NET technologies

* Proven experience in leading development teams or projects

* Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Entity Framework, and RESTful APIs

* Solid understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular/React is a plus)

* Strong knowledge of database design and development using SQL Server or similar RDBMS

* Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS

* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

* Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and leadership qualities

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

* Certification in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, MCPD)

* Experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions

* Understanding of software security and performance optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
