Job -Description
1.Design and Develop Integrations:
Design, develop, and implement C# based integrations between EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and other healthcare applications, including patient demographics, clinical data, and administrative data exchange.

2.HL7 Expertise:
Thorough understanding of HL7 messaging standards (v2, FHIR) and experience with HL7 parsing and mapping to ensure accurate data transfer between systems.

3.API Development:
Create RESTful APIs using C# to expose EMR data for external applications and facilitate seamless data exchange.

4.Data Transformation:
Implement data transformation logic using C# to cleanse, normalize, and structure data for compatibility between disparate systems.

5.Database Interaction:
Utilize SQL and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server) to query and manipulate data within the EMR system and external databases.

6.Testing and Validation:
Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure data integrity and application functionality.

7.Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Identify and resolve issues related to EMR integrations, including data mapping errors, system connectivity problems, and data quality issues.

8.Documentation:
Create detailed technical documentation for integration designs, data mappings, and system interfaces.

Required Skills and Experience [ C#.net (winform) + PostgreSQL ]1.Programming Languages:
Proficient in C# with strong knowledge of .NET Framework and related technologies.

2.Healthcare Data Standards:
Deep understanding of HL7 standards (v2, FHIR) and experience with healthcare data exchange protocols.

3.Database Management:
Expertise in SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL-Server for data manipulation and query optimization.

4.Integration Tools:
Familiarity with integration platforms or middleware (e.g., Microsoft BizTalk, Mirth Connect) is a plus.

5.API Development:
Experience with designing and developing RESTful APIs using C#.

6.Software Development Lifecycle:
Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

Desired Qualifications:
1.Healthcare domain knowledge and understanding of clinical workflows.
2.Experience with EMR systems like Epic, Cerner, or similar.
3.Knowledge of data security practices and HIPAA regulations.
4.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
