Job Responsibilities
- Attend Customer Calls / Email Requests
- Understand the Request
- Replicate Bug : Fix, Modify or Escalate
- Fill & Email Customer Service Form, communicate & close customer request.
- Co-ordinate with Vendors / Supplier Tech Team to Fix Bug.
- Setup Demo Systems
- System Implementation at Customer End
- Customer Training & Handholding
