Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Software Development : Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Python.
- Code Review : Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security.
- Architecture & Design : Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Best Practices : Promote and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Problem-Solving : Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for the software solutions developed.
- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience : 5-8 years of professional experience in software development (Backend
- Leadership : Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go and its libraries.
- Experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Knowledge of Helm Charts, Containers and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality.
