Key Responsibilities
Test Planning and Execution :
- Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, detailed test cases, and precise scripts for both manual and automated testing.
- Conduct thorough functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure software meets defined requirements and is Testing :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts to significantly improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Integrate automated tests seamlessly into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
- Perform meticulous manual testing to identify subtle issues that automated tests might overlook.
- Document and report defects with clear, detailed steps for reproduction and analysis of potential impact.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deeply understand product requirements.
- Accurately translate these requirements into comprehensive and concise Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), guiding both development and testing.
- Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process within the Agile Communication :
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, providing clear updates on testing progress, identified issues, and overall quality status.
- Offer actionable insights and recommendations to enhance product quality and optimize testing efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may also be :
- Minimum of 8-9 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years specifically focused on automation testing.
- Strong experience in manual testing and proficiency in writing detailed test cases.
- Proficient in writing and maintaining comprehensive Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practical experience working within Agile teams.
- Proficiency with automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Experience with manual testing techniques and defect management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Qualifications :
