Overview
We are hiring a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead our 100+ member engineering team across web, mobile, and backend (Shopify, Node.js, React.js, React Native). They will drive strategy, delivery, and team performance while working closely with the Founder to set a high standard for engineering excellence.
Key Focus Areas:

Lead 4-5 tech leads, align engineering with business goals.

Build a high-ownership, fast-moving team culture.

Drive velocity, code quality, release cycles, and stability.

Ensure architectural quality, make smart build-vs-buy decisions.

Collaborate across departments to remove blockers and ensure delivery success.
Candidate Should Have:

10–12 years of experience, with 3+ in leadership roles.

Experience managing 50+ engineers.

Strong grasp of full-stack commerce (Shopify is a plus).

Technical expertise in Node.js, React, React Native.

High ownership, clear communication, and fast execution mindset.
