Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise IT Solution Consultant to drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities and working directly with key stakeholders. This is a senior-level sales role that requires a strong hunter mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and close enterprise-level IT deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Hunting & Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new customers, exploring innovative ways to generate leads and expand market reach.
• Enterprise Solution Sales: Sell high-value IT solutions, including Cloud Services, IT Infrastructure Modernization, Virtualization, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Security & Compliance, and DevOps solutions.
• Consultative Selling: Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and propose tailored IT solutions that align with their goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with C-level executives, IT heads, and decision-makers to influence technology adoption and investment.
• Technical Collaboration: Work alongside pre-sales engineers and solution architects to develop customized IT infrastructure proposals.
• Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare and present compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close complex enterprise sales deals.
• Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
  
  

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, with a proven track record in closing high-value deals.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Computing, IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Networking, Virtualization, Security Solutions, and Backup & Disaster Recovery.
• Experience in selling solutions involving Hybrid Cloud Architecture, Cloud Migration, HCI (Hyperconverged Infrastructure), and Data Storage Solutions.
• Existing relationships with decision-makers in large enterprises across multiple industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets.
• Certifications such as Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), Red Hat (RHCSA, RHCE), VMware (VCP), Microsoft, or Azure are a plus.
