Job Summary: Capkon Developers is seeking a highly motivated and skilled ERP and IT Specialist to manage, optimise, and support our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a critical player in streamlining business processes, ensuring data integrity, providing technical support, and contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of the company. This role requires a blend of ERP expertise, technical IT knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

ERP System Management:

• Implementation & Configuration: Participate in the implementation of new ERP modules or upgrades to existing systems (e.g., related to finance, HR, supply chain, project management, and manufacturing for the construction sector). Configure the ERP software to meet Capkon Developers' specific business needs.
• System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance of the ERP system to ensure smooth operations. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related technical and functional issues promptly.
• User Support & Training: Provide first and second-level support to ERP system users across various departments. Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure proficiency and effective utilisation of the ERP system.
• Process Optimisation: Continuously analyse and optimise business processes within the ERP system to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Manage data entry processes, conduct regular audits to identify and correct errors, and generate customised reports to provide insights for decision-making.
• Customisation & Integration: Assist in customising ERP modules and features to fit specific business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with existing applications and data sources.
• Vendor Management: Work with ERP vendors for support, issue resolution, and contract management.

IT Infrastructure & Support:

• Network & System Administration: Analyse, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems (LAN, WAN), servers, and other data communications networks. Perform network maintenance to ensure minimal interruption.
• Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware as needed, ensuring compatibility and data security. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and licenses.
• Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support to all employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Resolve system outages and provide timely assistance.
• Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor IT security protocols to protect systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities. Assist with data backups, disaster recovery planning, and implementation.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for ERP system configurations, IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals.
• IT Asset Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within IT systems.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT teams and departments to understand technology requirements and integrate new technologies effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
