ERP IT Manager

Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and performance-driven ERP IT Manager with over 10+ years of cross-functional experience in ERP implementation, IT budgeting, infrastructure development, and project management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning technology with business goals, leading enterprise-level IT projects, and driving digital transformation across functions.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Implementation & Management

• Lead end-to-end ERP lifecycle implementation (Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Oracle, etc.)
• Customize and configure ERP modules as per business requirements, especially in manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with existing infrastructure and business processes.

IT Strategy, Planning & Budgeting

• Define IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, cost control, and ROI tracking.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies to support organizational goals.

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and deliver multiple high-impact IT and ERP projects within time and budget.
• Manage cross-functional project teams; assign tasks, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs and agile methodologies.

Infrastructure Development & Support

• Oversee design and upgrade of IT infrastructure across all company locations.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices and disaster recovery protocols.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all enterprise systems.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Serve as the bridge between IT and business users to ensure solution alignment.
• Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and monitor service quality.
• Lead training, adoption, and change management initiatives post-implementation.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Manage, mentor, and develop IT teams and ERP specialists.
• Build a collaborative and innovation-driven team culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Oracle DBA, SQL Server, and ERP integration.
• Strong command over IT governance, risk management, and business continuity planning.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management, tech budgeting, and enterprise project execution.
• Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, MCTS – SQL Server, Oracle OCP, ACEP.
• MBA in Project Management & Finance Risk (NIBM) + PGD in IT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
