Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support robust backend applications using .NET Core (6 or later) and C#.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and service architectures with a strong understanding of EF Core, LINQ, and MVC patterns.
- Develop dynamic and responsive front-end web applications using Angular (v8 or later), including utilizing RxJS and NgRx.
- Design, write, and optimize SQL queries, views, functions, stored procedures, and TVPs for Microsoft SQL Server.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications and development tools efficiently.
- Utilize help desk ticketing software for incident tracking, troubleshooting, and escalation processes.
- Work proficiently with version control systems, specifically Git, understanding common branching
- Collaborate within a team environment using software and project management tools (e.g., Azure
- Understand emerging technologies and end-user needs to contribute to application improvements.
- Potentially support existing applications built with VB.Net.
- Develop and maintain reports using SQL Reporting Services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a structured development Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of overall experience in software development.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with .Net Core, C#, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, VB.Net.
- Minimum of 3 years of utilizing Microsoft SQL Server (or equivalent database systems).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a structured development methodology.
- Experienced proficiency in developing and supporting .NET Web API applications (.NET 6 or later), including EF Core, LINQ, MVC, creating RESTful APIs, and building service architectures.
- Experienced proficiency in building front-end web applications built in Angular (v8 or later), including experience working with RxJS and NgRx.
- Solid experience writing and supporting complex SQL, including queries, views, functions, stored procedures, and TVPs.
- Proficient working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft applications.
- Strong skills in SQL Reporting Services.
- Proficient in working with version control software such as Git.
- Experience using software and project management software (e.g., Azure DevOps, JIRA).
- Ability to quickly troubleshoot technical problems.
- Experience using help desk ticketing Skills (Plus Points) :
- Experience with Bootstrap (frontend framework).
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., in Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Experience with system integrations
