Key Responsibilities

• ETL Development : Create, test, and deploy SSIS packages to move data from various sources into data warehouses
• Database Development : Write complex T-SQL, stored procedures, views, and functions
• Optimization & Troubleshooting : Debug and tune ETL jobs to improve performance and data accuracy
• Data Modeling : Design and implement database schemas, tables, and indexes
• Documentation : Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and workflows
  
  

• Technical Expertise : Strong proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, and MS SSIS
• Data Warehousing : Experience with data modeling concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas)
• Analytical Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities for troubleshooting data flow issues
• Tools : Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and Visual Studio (SSDT)
• Experience : Typically 2-4 years in ETL development or data engineering roles
  
  

• Knowledge of SSRS (Reporting) or SSAS (Analysis Services)
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure Data Factory, AWS, or Snowflake
• Scripting skills (C#, Python) for advanced transformations
