Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our backend development team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Java 8/Java 17, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud, along with hands-on experience in Kafka, Camunda, Microservices architecture, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services, ensuring secure and performant APIs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our system design and delivery Responsibilities :
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our backend development team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Java 8/Java 17, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud, along with hands-on experience in Kafka, Camunda, Microservices architecture, and both SQL and NoSQL databases. You will be responsible for building scalable backend services, ensuring secure and performant APIs, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our system design and delivery Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable Java-based applications using Java 8/17.
- Implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and related technologies.
- Develop secure APIs and services with Spring Security.
- Integrate and manage asynchronous messaging systems using Apache Kafka.
- Design and implement business workflows using Camunda BPM.
- Build and consume RESTful Web Services, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Write unit and integration tests using JUnit to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Work with SQL databases and NoSQL databases such as CosmosDB for persistent storage solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and business analysts.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and contribute to technical Skills :
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development using Java 8/17.
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
- Experience in developing microservices and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.
- Experience in workflow or BPM tools such as Camunda.
- Solid understanding and implementation of RESTful APIs.
- Experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and CosmosDB (or similar NoSQL databases).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Qualifications :
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) especially services related to CosmosDB.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana).
- Relevant certifications in Java or cloud technologies are a plus
