The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a trusted analytical and executive support partner — someone who can work with equal confidence on a financial model, a board presentation, an operational dashboard, or a briefing paper for a critical partner meeti
ng.This is not a passive support role. You will be expected to bring ideas, spot opportunities, challenge assumptions constructively, and help drive initiatives from concept to completion. You will have visibility across every function of the airline and direct exposure to senior leadership decisions.
What You Will Do
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefings for board meetings, partner reviews, and internal leadership sessions.
- Conduct business analysis and financial modelling to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Track and report on key performance indicators across network, crew, commercial, and financial metrics.
- Support the CEO in preparing for and following up on critical meetings with partners, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Manage information flow, coordinate priorities, and ensure the CEO's time and attention is directed at the highest-value activities.
- Lead or support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as directed by theCEO.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards and operational trackers.
- Conduct research, competitive benchmarking, and scenario analysis on strategic questions.
- Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO as required.
- Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism
What You Will Bring
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred)
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, financial analysis, or a fast-paced operational environment.
- Prior experience supporting a C-suite executive or working in a CEO / Strategy office is a strong advantage.
- Background in aviation, logistics, or transport is desirable but not essential.
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel — financial modelling, pivot tables, scenario analysis.
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint — ability to craft compelling, visually clean, executive-grade presentations.
- Strong command of Microsoft Word for reports, briefing documents, and correspondence.
- Proficiency with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Comfortable working with operational data systems and ERP / BI platforms.
- Ability to extract, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative platforms (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint, Notion)
Business & Analytical Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen — ability to connect financial metrics to operational and strategic outcomes.
- Exceptional analytical thinking with structured problem-solving ability.
- Experience building business cases, investment analyses, or performance reviews.
- Ability to synthesise large volumes of information quickly and identify what matters most.
- Executive Presence & Personal Qualities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Polished, professional demeanour with the confidence to engage with senior leadership and external partners.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness — you will handle sensitive business information.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture.
