We have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and agile People and Culture technology team. We are comprised of Full Stack Engineers with deep expertise, as well as broad understanding of related disciplines in engineering.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will drive testing and automation initiatives to deliver a seamless, end-to-end digital experience across our ecosystem. Your expertise will help shape innovative, and high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

What You Offer

• Proven expertise in testing HR platforms, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
• Design and develop automated test frameworks to validate functionality, performance, and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (application administrators, software engineers, and business analysts) to refine test cases and develop robust test plans
• Provide thought leadership to enhance Quality Engineering practices, championing continuous improvement and best practices
• Thrive in a collaborative, agile environment, driving quality and innovation in application and platform testing
