Overview
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and documentation on fintech tools, platforms, and business analysis methodologies.
- Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to understand changes and ensure relevant training updates.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify knowledge deficiencies and propose scalable learning solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1–2 years in a training or mentoring capacity.
- Proven knowledge of fintech domains such as digital banking, payments, lending, or wealth tech.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; experience conducting live training (in-person or virtual).
- Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and business process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, SQL, Excel, and BI dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
- Ability to create engaging documentation, user manuals, and instructional materials.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in digital lending, payments, neobanking, or wealth management platforms.
- Understanding of financial regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, PSD2, RBI/SEBI guidelines).
- Experience with API documentation or working with technical specifications.
- Prior experience working in a startup or fast-growth environment.
Job Type: Freelance
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,014.21 per month
