Experienced PHP Developer

Overview

We are looking for a highly efficient and reliable PHP Developer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, writes clean and maintainable code, and can work independently while also collaborating effectively with designers and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write efficient, scalable, and well-documented PHP code
• Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP (Core PHP and/or Frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter)
• Optimize application performance and database queries
• Integrate APIs and third-party services (REST, cURL, JSON, etc.)
• Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX teams
• Debug and troubleshoot code and deployment issues
• Follow best practices and stay up to date with current trends in PHP development

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in PHP development
• Strong understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and core PHP
• Hands-on experience with MySQL/MariaDB and writing optimized queries
• Proficient in integrating and building REST APIs
• Experience with Git for version control
• Familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3
• Ability to write clean, readable, and well-documented code

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Laravel or CodeIgniter
• Exposure to AWS, Docker, or DevOps is a plus
• Basic understanding of React or Vue.js is an added advantage
• Experience in SaaS platforms or modular systems is a big plus
