Senior Software Engineer - Modernization

Mission

You will play a crucial role in building highly scalable applications based on modern microservices-oriented infrastructure. This involves intensive interaction with Business and Infrastructure Architects to ensure the solutions meet business needs and technical standards.

Role And Responsibilities

• Design and Implementation: Participate in the design and implementation of the next generation of one of the company's most important products, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
• Collaboration: Work closely with enterprise architecture to ensure that decisions align with the overall strategy, are aware of industry trends, and support ongoing changes in the manufacturing world.
• Communication: Be a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Academic Background: Relevant academic qualifications in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on modern architectures and technologies.
• Architecture Understanding: Firm understanding of loosely coupled architecture and the philosophy behind systems implementation.
• Technical Expertise:
• • JAVA Development: Expert knowledge of JAVA development technologies and practices.
  • Spring Ecosystem: Proficiency in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
  • Hibernate: Strong experience with Hibernate for ORM.
  • Microservices and Cloud: Extensive experience in microservices architecture and cloud ecosystems.
  • Kafka: Deep experience with Kafka is optional but beneficial.
  • Modern Concepts: Knowledge of microservices, container-based development, and cloud deployment is essential.
  • Performance Monitoring: Experience in performance monitoring is advantageous.
  • Fintech Domain: Experience in the Fintech domain is advantageous.
  • Messaging Systems: Must have experience with messaging systems like IBM MQ and Active MQ.
  • Application Servers: Experience with application servers such as WebSphere, WebLogic, and JBoss is advantageous.
