As an Export Documentation & Logistics Business Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of export operations, including documentation, logistics, and service delivery. You will be expected to ensure that all operations are conducted in a timely, efficient, and customer-centric manner, while also maintaining the highest standards of quality management.

Oversee and manage all aspects of export operations, including documentation, logistics, and service delivery.
Ensure that all operations are conducted in a timely, efficient, and customer-centric manner.
Maintain the highest standards of quality management in all operations.
Conduct data entry tasks as required, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Demonstrate strong business and commercial acumen, with a global mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
Exhibit people excellence, with a focus on vendor management and operational excellence.
Utilize MS Office tools to manage and organize operations, and to communicate with stakeholders.
Adapt and show flexibility in the face of changing circumstances or challenges.
Work closely with vendors and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
Continually seek ways to improve operations and service delivery, with a focus on customer centricity.
